Shahin Clark has more than 30 years of bank consulting experience with financial institutions in the United States, Hong Kong and Puerto Rico. Shahin began her consulting career at Marine Midland Bank, now HSBC, in their bank-wide internal consulting division. She went on to consult to numerous other institutions before co-founding Lodestone Banking in 1994. Over the past 25 years, she has led hundreds of deep penetrating consulting engagements for financial institutions ranging from $1 billion to over $100 billion in assets.
She holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Syracuse University. She also earned a business degree from Pitman College in London, England.
- In 2018, Shahin traveled to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to speak with four financial institutions on the subject of Middle East bank profitability.
- In 1998, Shahin was invited to Beijing by the Chinese government to lecture on the subject of "Bank Profit Improvement."
