Shahin D. Clark | President and Co-Founder
Shahin has over 25 years of bank consulting experience with financial institutions in the United States, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Puerto Rico and is one of the founders of Lodestone Banking Consultancy, Inc. Prior to Lodestone, Shahin consulted to Marine Midland Bank/HSBC, BankBoston, Banc ONE, Continental Bank, Midlantic Corporation, Mid-State Bank, Star Banc Corporation, NationsBank, Commerce Bank and The Merchants Bank. Shahin began her career in MMB/HSBC's bank-wide internal consulting division. Over the past 16 years at Lodestone, she has led over 60 deep penetrating consulting projects for 40 financial institutions that range from $200 Million to over $35 Billion in assets. Each of these projects has required five to ten weeks of on-site ten hour days to complete. Shahin holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems (IT) and a B.S. in Marketing from Syracuse University. She also earned a business degree from Pitman College in London, England. Shahin serves on the Syracuse University mentor program and lectures to SU finance students about the opportunities for them in the banking industry along with the challenges faced today.

Mark C. Clark | SEVP and Managing Partner
Mark is the co-founder of Lodestone Banking Consultancy, Inc. Mr. Clark has been responsible for Lodestone's client relationship, projects and operational management during the past 16 years. He has successfully brought together well accomplished bank consulting professionals and integrated their individual skill sets into Lodestone's core products and services. Mr. Clark has over 25 years of experience in managing teams and relationships spanning several industries. Under his management and guidance today Lodestone is consulting nationwide utilizing a high expertise-low leverage model that is thriving in the highly competitive bank consulting arena. Mr. Clark was invited to Beijing by the Chinese government in 1998 to lecture on the subject of "Bank Profit Improvement."

Scott J. Brennan | VP & Director of Business Development
Scott has over 25 years of senior level business development executive experience in Financial Services Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Lodestone, Scott competed in over 75 professional events on the North and South Florida PGA Mini-Tours. He held his Life, Health, Series 6 & 63 licenses for 14 years at Mutual of New York managing over 30 million dollars in client assets, was promoted to Assistant Managing Director. At Harris Interactive he developed relationships with 70 major Financial Services organization including American Express, B of A, American Funds and Merrill Lynch. Scott developed the largest sale funnel at Harris and increased revenue by 33%. At Maritz Inc. he developed 30 key client relationships including Wells Fargo, The Bank of New York and Goldman Sachs. Scott generated $5.5 million in new business proposals maintaining a 53 percent win ratio. At Cavalry Group, Inc. Brennan developed and implemented the firm's sales model, managed over 50 new client relationships including the 64 campus SUNY system, developed Cavalry's customer satisfaction loyalty & retention program, and created the sales & marketing plans across all verticals for all products and services. He served as President of Cavalry from 2008 - March 2010. Scott has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Finance from The University of South Florida.

William M. Le Beau | Senior Consultant
Bill has over 40 years of banking experience, seventeen as a bank examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), another seventeen as a banking executive with several Upstate New York banking companies including Partners Trust, BSB Bancorp, M&T Bank, and ONBANCorp. The past six years Bill has worked as a consultant to financial institutions. His work includes loan portfolio reviews and workouts in addition to due diligence assignments. The majority of his banking career was spent in Risk Management activities concentrating in the lending arena. More recently he has worked with bank and thrift company boards, helping them work through regulatory directives and strategic planning. Regulatory experience includes work with OCC, FDIC, OTS & FRB. He has a bachelor's degree from Bemidji State College, completed America's Community Banker's Graduate School of Banking and received an MBA from Le Moyne College.

Randy J. Wiley | Senior Consultant
Randy has over 30 years of banking experience, most recently as CFO of Beacon Federal Bancorp. Previously he served as Vice President of Partners Trust, Senior Vice President of BSB Bancorp, and eighteen years as Senior Vice President of ONBANCorp, Inc. prior to its sale to M&T Bank. His career has centered on asset / liability management; investment portfolio management; secondary markets; strategic planning; pricing; mergers and acquisitions; capital and liquidity management; and hedging strategies - for both the subsidiary banks and holding companies. In his role he reported directly to the CEO and worked extensively with the Boards of Directors in presenting the overall financial condition of each company, interpreting complex financial, loan, asset/liability, merger and acquisition and portfolio concepts and strategies focusing on enhancing shareholder (or equity) returns and valuations. He has also extensive experience in working with examiners and accounting firms on implementing and reporting on regulatory and FASB mandates. He has a bachelor's degree in economics from SUNY Oswego, extensive graduate studies towards a master's degree in economics from Syracuse University, and participated in several leadership seminars.

Robert O. Lehrman | Advisory Board Chairman
Bob serves as Advisory Board Chairman of Lodestone Banking Consultancy. Mr. Lehrman also serves as Special Counsel and Senior Advisor to several organizations in the banking, real estate, and not-for-profit fields. He is a Trustee of The CRA Fund, and chairs its Governance Committee. Mr. Lehrman was President/CEO of CBANYS. He also had been a Board Member of Community Capital Bank and Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Mr. Lehrman is active in affordable housing and other civic and philanthropic causes, including serving currently as a Board Member of the National Housing Conference, Citizens Housing and Planning Council, the Association for a Better New York Foundation, and F.E.G.S. Health and Human Services. Mr. Lehrman serves as Chairman of the New York and National Housing Conferences' Annual Awards Luncheon.
